Financial Viability

LionsGate Energy has the ability to acquire rights to land at

very attractive pricing.

Drilling Operations

LionsGate Energy intends to begin location planning developing contracts to build required infrastructure and drilling rigs immediately. Drilling and storage operations willbegin as soon as viable.

Pipeline Phase

An identified midstream partner is currently planning a pipeline that would connect from near us to our target port. This would be an immediate and direct cost savings to LionsGate Energy, and would further position us to be able to deliver crude oil to our customers.

Terminal / Storage Tanks

We have identified and begun preliminary talks for a premier location at a Gulf Coast Major Port. The site is ideally located near the entrance to the port which will increaseoverall operational efficiency.

Off-Take Agreements for Oil Sales

LionsGate Energy intends to leverage market position and transport agreements to set up Off-Take Agreements (OTA) with nearby Independent Oil Producers for resale tocustomers.
